Financial Adviser
Our client, Prosperity Financial Services, is looking to appoint up to three experienced Financial Advisers to join their growing team. This employed opportunity offers an established portfolio of 200-250 existing wealth management clients from day one, providing an excellent platform to generate recurring income and new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will focus on delivering holistic financial planning advice, maintaining long-term client relationships and identifying growth opportunities within an existing client base. With dedicated administrative support, advisers can focus on advising clients rather than paperwork, while benefiting from a transparent bonus structure and clear career progression.
Your responsibilities will include
- Providing holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning
- Managing and developing relationships with an established portfolio of wealth management clients
- Conducting regular client review meetings and identifying opportunities for further advice
- Generating new business through referrals, client reviews and professional introducers
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring ongoing compliance with FCA requirements
- Working closely with the administration team to deliver an outstanding client experience
- Supporting the continued growth and development of the business
